After having every game with a gangster in it getting banned ever since July, The Chinese government launched a campaign to ban & censor illegally operated games featuring "unhealthy" content. It has been told that over 200 games have been investigated, and 45 have been completely banned. Here's the details:
The government of the People's Republic of China often places a higher value on censoring content pertaining to political issues rather than moral concerns.

Banned because of "intentionally blackening China and the Chinese army's image."
